Licensing & Pricing of the mDMS Gateway

On-Premise / In-House
You install and host the mDMS Gateway on your own infrastructure:

Free: usage of mDMS Gateway and 1 mobile connection.

Both usage of the gateway and the license to run up to one mobile device connected to it is free. Yes, no charge!
(Online support for installation is offered separately.)

2+ mobile connections,
€3.90/connection per month

mDMS' unique ID identifies each mobile unit and if you want to use two or more devices, you pay a monthly subscription fee of only 3.90EUR per device. This makes it easy to extend your fleet of mDMS devices while maintaining strict cost control and overall low costs. The monthly subscription includes free software upgrades of both the mobile Enabler server and client software throughout the contract period.

Choice of Contract periods

Minimum contract period is 12 months.
We award longer period contracts as follows:
5% OFF for 24 month contract,
10% OFF for 36 months and
20% OFF for 48 months contract.
Billing is done monthly.

We host the mDMS Gateway on our high availability server cluster for you:

We host the mDMS Gateway on our high availability server cluster in Frankfurt, Germany. You have web access to the system and can provision new, additional mDMS clients on a per-need basis. The system must have secure (https) access to your Alfresco™ or MS Sharepoint® installation.

One-time setup fee: €490

One-time setup fee: 490 EUR including online support.
No setup fee for 48 month contracts.
All software upgrades included during the contract period.

Each connected mDMS client is billed:
