Architecture & Design Methodology

Since our foundation we have successfully deployed numerous projects, proving that we are continuously delivering on time and within budget. We extensively utilize the SCRUM software engineering methodology, ensuring a maximum of project transparency while staying strongly focused throughout the complete software engineering cycles.

We have defined processes for capturing requirements, system design, application development, unit and system testing and we are executing CMMI Level 2 audits, ensuring the quality of our processes and securing qualitive results.  

Depending on customer requirements, we may apply methodologies such as the Software Development Lifecycle according to the Unified Method using UML.

Quality assurance

Our Quality metrics are defined by communicating closely with our customers to understand what they really want their projects to achieve. The QA team maintain build quality through project lifecycles by working closely with the developer team while using continuous integration and test automation. Project characteristics, such as high rates of change, poor specifications and compressed schedules are addressed using risk-based and exploratory testing. Flexible levels of reporting are available to suit customer requirements.
