Strong growth

Our company group is expanding in the European Union and is searching for talented people to help support our strong growth.

Despite a challenging economic environment, enprovia Software engineering needs talented software engineers for its international projects and offers them stability and professional growth. Those joining enprovia will be able to build a solid career with the company, thanks to the diversified range of professional opportunities it offers.

Not sure how your career is going to develop or what is it going to look like?

At enprovia we typically differentiate Junior and Senior roles. As a Junior you need to be university educated with at least one year work experience off university. For a Senior role you also need to have university education with minimum 3 years of work experience off university. These are our basic criteria which can, however, be modified according to candidate’s skills and experience as well as his/her talent.

From Junior position your career would typically progress into a Senior Developer role before advancing up the career ladder as a Team leader or a Project Manager focusing 30-40% on software engineering and 60-70% on management.

However, your career doesn’t have to revolve only around programming, coding and bug fixing. Some of the most popular roles in IT are in graphic design and e-marketing, which allows more creativity.

It’s not just your knowledge, skills and experience that help your career develop. Your personal attributes, talent and commitment are great assets, too. Interpersonal communication, leadership skills, and a general overview of Information technology should not be underestimated.
