Project Manager - Team Leader

Working as a Project manager / Team Leader with enprovia Software Engineering, you'll support the project development, strategy and communication with customers. You'll lead and manage an engineering team of 6-9 people to ensure all the work is done efficiently and the strategy is well implemented.

Job requirements:

• Highly skilled manager / leader to manage team of 6-9 people
• Dealing with complex business projects, project management
• Planning, organizing, leading effectively
• Strong leaderships and managerial skills, abilities and experience
• Soft skills on human resources level (communication, problem solving, leading, motivating)
• Communication with customer
• Eagerness, enthusiasm, creativity
• At least 5 years of team leading and project management experience

All applicants must have profound managerial skills and experience with project management and team leading and must be able to perform independently.
